[求助]centaur cp 问题

CENTAUR CP

清洗站：位置4+3+2+1吸取检测失败。试剂针老是报离线，但是不影响做标本。

请高手帮忙判断什么原因。谢谢！

在G-service里面校准下冲洗分离管路的检测器。步骤如下：

Exit the ADVIA Centaur CP system software to desktop.
Turn the ADVIA Centaur CP instrument power off.

Wait 10 seconds.

Turn the ADVIA Centaur CP instrument power on.
Access the Service Software:
At the desktop, double-select ADVIA Centaur CP Tools.
Double-select gService.
At the Service Login window, enter the FSE user name and password.

The ADVIA Centaur CP Service Software window displays.

At the ADVIA Centaur CP Service Software window, select Wash Station.
At the Wash Station Main Driver window, select Home Wash Station.
Select Exercise Wash Station.
At the Exercise Wash Station window, in the Pumps area, verify that the Aspiration Pump On field is set to 1500 ms.
Select Aspiration Pump On and wait a few seconds.
Repeat these steps three more times.
Select Exit.
At the Wash Station Main Driver window, select Calibrate Sensors.
At the Calibrate Sensors window, select Calibrate Aspirate Probes Bubble Detectors.
When prompted, ensure that the waste tubing is clear of fluids, and then select Yes.
Close all Service Software windows.

不过总报试剂针离线，怎么会不影响工作呢？仪器运行时报试剂针离线机器会停止的！

试剂针在不做标本的时候经常报离线，编好标本继续做，又能归位。

西门子的人说是试剂注射器那块有问题，拆下来弄下。

试剂针离线这个问题我也遇到过，最后也是更换的注射器解决的。

换换排线看看。

是不是试剂针注射器内部密封性不好导致试剂针管路中液体移动，气泡传感器检测到液路不正常而导致报警离线呢？还有，仪器在开始做标本之前有个初始化的过程，往试剂针管路中灌注液体后，气泡传感器检测到液路正常，仪器又正常了呢？请教。
