1800，报进样器启动错误，在保养菜单里，关于进样器的测试都是正常的，包括试管架的移入，移动和移出。请教诸位老师，在线等待！谢谢！

跟架子移动没有关系，是试管探测出了问题。最好看一下错误码，会给你准确的定位。不外乎试管探测、全血探测、和试管定位左右位置这几个传感器在开机时检测到阻挡。

安装目录下有个LOG文件夹，当天的日期文件夹下有日志文件，打开就可以看到错误码。

还分析什么，48号阀都坏了赶紧换就是，爪子不能复位。

Sampler Start ERR (BSNS)
Description: A rack already exists on the measurement line when starting the sampler operation.
Purpose: To ensure the rack is reset after error occurs.
Method: 1) If the tube detection sensor detects the tube when starting the sample analysis.
2) If the sample volume sensor detects blood for the tube when starting the sample analysis.
3) If the Rack Shift sensor (right or left) is not shaded when starting the sample analysis.
When error occurs, rack is not shifted.
Error Type: C
Action Message: Reposition rack and restart sampler.
Help [OK]: The error is recovered.

总结完了一句话，整个进样或穿刺系统有传感器没有检测到应该有的状态。开机自动复位，所有移动部件都应该在初始位置。你的爪子没下来，自然报错。

至此，问题彻底解决。向大家反馈：

1.更换SV48电磁阀，夹持臂下限位错误解除。

2.处理试管检测传感器上弹性挡皮位置，进样器启动错误解除。
