DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

The sequence of the control words is incorrect in the serial scan data.
Reason for error:
-----------------
- Faulty cables or connectors.
- Faulty DPS.
- DAB D3 is defective.
- ROSY_SP D5 is defective.
What to do?
-----------
1: Check the supply voltage from the DC2 D21:
8,5V at P8,5R and GNDR
19V at P19D and GP19D
-19V at GN19D and N19D
19V at P19F and G19F
53V at P53R and G53R
2: Check the fuses F1 to F4 on the ROSY_SP D5 and measure on the FOCREG D7
the +15V, -15V, +5V at the measurement points:
If one voltage is missing check the fuses F1-F3 on the FOCREG D7.
3: Check cable and connector W208.
4: Pull connector X97 on the DPS and measure the supply voltages at the DPS:
+15V between DPS +15V OUT and +15V RTN
-15V between DPS -15V OUT and -15V RTN
+5V between DPS +5V OUT and +5V RTN
If the DPS supply voltages are present, connect X97 and measure the
supply voltages on the DAB D3:
+15V at capacitor for the +15 volts
-15V at capacitor for the -15 volts
+5V at capacitor for the +5 volts
If the DPS supply voltages are present
5: Replace the DAB D3.
6: Replace ROSY_SP D5.
