[求助]AU640报警

OLYMPUS  AU640每天开机时报警3166 RACK  SUPPLIER  ERROR [1] (6.100.12)系统转为STOP状态；另外，机器在工作时出现3167  RACK  BUFFER  ERROR  [28] (2.12.8),求助解决办法？

3166 RACK  SUPPLIER  ERROR [1] (6.100.12)表示架错误，后面的1表示第一时间，6表示向后运动时侧盖传感器S2没有检测到。
3167  RACK  BUFFER  ERROR  [28] (2.12.8),表示卸载传感器S103在卸载后没有关闭，出现错误。连续这连个传感器出现问题，首先应该看看架子是否没有放正，传感器是否太脏，位置是否偏离，线头是否脱落，一般同时出现的可能性很小。

谢谢，两个报警不是同时出现，3166在开机时出现，3167只是偶尔出现，并不是每天都有，并且是及其在工作时出现的！

那就把机械部分检查一下吧，传感器都清理一下，所有的架子都弄干净，看看运动的时候是否有移位或者不稳的情况发生，找到原因处理一下就是，应该不是大问题。
