[求助]MECALL 胃肠机故障

机型：意大利MECALL MECASCOPE胃肠机

故障描述：第一次冷开机时，控制柜床控部分的空气开关均跳闸，自检程序完成后，球管和床的动作均无法完成，但是可以进行透视及点片。

关机（切断电源总闸）再开机，自检时经常提示collimator not linked，一直处于自检状态，未出现错误代码。按任意键中断自检，进入操作界面时，发现床及球管运动正常，但无法透视及点片。

多次关机，开机，偶尔可以正常自检通过，则整机功能正常。再关机，故障又重现。

请教如何检修，谢谢！

没修过，不过跳空开，你先看看床控部分是不是哪有短路，或电流过大，电流过大的可能性大。某些东西性能不良了。也许你排除了床或床控柜后的故障后其它就迎刃而解了。

应该不会，有短路的话，第二次开机也应该跳闸的。

看了遍说明书，跳闸的解释是：

The unit is equipped with different safety dvices that prevent the possibility of collision with floor,ceiling or walls.

In addition,the most imoortant movements are protected by double level safety circuits

The FIRST level,when activated,causes the disable of the forbidden movements and the activation of signalline LED`s corresonding to the allowed movements.

The second level is activated only if the first level fails,and disables immediately the driving motor.

In case of accidental activation of the motor breakers ,the operator can reenable the motor carrying out the following PROCEDURE.

有两级保护，一级是不让由程序使不能动作，第二级是直接跳闸。

找个时间再去研究研究。

机器搞定,。换了几块板，发现是POWER DRIVER板故障。
