Au680 sample proble touche the blood

Dear all friends.
Today i have a problem with au680 instrument.
Sample proble touche to blood. Plasma is higher than 0.5cm but sample probe alway go down to blood and aspriate blood (no plasma serum, no alarm, no error).
Please help to me.

Test tube height is not standard, use the standard test tube of 75mm or 100mm as far as possible, non-standard test tube can cause misjudgment.

You can do an experiment to separate the plasma or serum into a Hitachi cup, nest it in a test tube or on a  tube Rack, and see if it works.

Dear all friends,
i checked connect to ground is good, change a new one Sample Probe detection board. All are sample error.
Please help to me how to adjust this

I think parameter "down strock  for sample proble" is maximum step to go down to bottom. All parameters are same
