[求助]CA500出现tupe catch eeror

我院一台CA500出现：tupe catch eeror（incn.6），不知该如何处理，请教各位老师！

可能的原因
1. A tube cannot be caught.
2. Tube catch operation is obstructed.
3. Tube catcher tried to catch a reaction tube not in the order.
4. The catcher is too dirty to function.
5. Mis-positioned catcher
6. Defective catcher
7. Tube detection sensor is dirty.
8. Failure of tube detection sensor
9. Failure of PCB No. 9264
10. Failure of PCB No. 2134
11. Failure of PCB No. 9260
12. Failure of X axis wiring cord
13. Failure of PCB No. 6362

你可以按以下步骤检查

1

a) Remove anything that is obstructing the catching.

b)Clean any contamination using alcohol or the like.

c) Correct any mis-positioning that has happened.

d) Replace the catcher.

When an error occurs though a tube is caught:

（GND）是什么？能再详细点吗？

GND是地的意思，你只需要测量PIN16就可以了，这个点的含义是信号地的意思。不过，看样子你不是维修人员，建议你不要修了，找工程师吧。

我也是了解了点仪器的皮毛，只是仪器的使用者，不是维修人员，不知道贵州有没有维修这个仪器的人才！能不能介绍一个！

可以联络当地的仪器经销商，或者广州的工程师，你先走渠道吧，我们也可以帮助你。

你可以检查机械臂（吸样针）走的位置正不正确，反应杯装没装满。如果机械臂能够正确走到位并有抓杯子动作，说明机械臂没问题，可能传感器有问题；如果走位不正确，你可以进入维修程序做一下机械部分初始化，并进行XYZ位置调整

XYZ位置都正确，也能抓杯子！有时能有加样动作，有时候没有加样动作，只有6号位置的杯子有这样的情况！

这个问题已经解决了，是抓杯子的后部一个橡胶的垫圈磨损严重，更换就好了。谢谢楼上的老师，终于又找回这个网站了！
