Hi there..thank you for the reply but can you explain further? How did this happen and does this mean I have to change the sample probe or the needle? Right now its lodged into that transparent cup at the bottom and not in its normal position. How do I fix this?
The Crash sensor on the Probe arm is triggered and the Probe is not positioned correctly, necessarily with other faults. There is no need to change the Probe, but the Probe arm needs to be adjusted for maintenance. Contact your engineer.
